Tour of Winston-Salem UWCT
UCI World Tour Event May 18, 2014
The Tour of Winston-Salem is the only UCI Amateur World Championships qualifying event for North America. The event, run under USA Cycling Gran Fondo rules, allows both both non-licensed riders and USA Cycling amateur license holders to participate.
All riders will be chip-timed and given an individual ranking, both on overall time and according to their finishing position, by time, in the their respective men’s and women’s age groups. The top 25% finishers in each age group will qualify for the UCI World Amateur Road Championships to be held in Slovenia this August 28-31.

The third annual Berkshire Bicycle Classic in Lenox, Massachusetts, on Saturday, June 14, has added six USA Cycling catetgories to the event schedule. The event, with its challenging 81-mile racecourse run in point-to-point format, provides a European-style racing experience for both developing racers and recreational GF riders.
Categories include: Gran Fondo, Category 5 & Category 4 Men, Category 3/4 Women, Masters 40+ and 50+

The Thompson Bucks County Classic will take place on September 13 and 14, 2014. the event will include the newly designed UCI Doylestown to New Hope road race, professional criteriums for men and women, a ride for cycling enthusiasts, and children’s races.
